This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 12th November, 2025, inter alia, to consider declaration of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year ending 31st March 2026. It is further informed that the record date for payment of interim dividend, if declared, will be Tuesday, 18th November 2025.
