This is to inform you that Asian Paints (Polymers) Private Limited (''Transferor Company'') and Asian Paints Limited (''Transferee Company''), have today, i.e. 31st March 2026, filed the certified copy of the order sanctioning the scheme of amalgamation with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Accordingly, the effective date of the scheme of amalgamation is 31st March 2026.
