The Board of Directors of the Company have, pursuant to the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, appointed Ms. Roshini Selvakumar (Membership No. A64012) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, with effect from July 01, 2022. Further, she is also designated as the Key Managerial Personnel.
