In response to emails from BSE dated December 21, 2022 and January 20, 2023 regarding disclosure with respect to resignation of independent director, stating deficiency in the corporate announcement dated September 16, 2022 (Ref: SK/CHN/2022-23/E32) that - listed entities in which that director hold directorship is not provided. In addition to our clarification email dated December 23, 2022, we hereby would like to inform you that, Mr. Dinesh Raja Punniamurthy (DIN: 03622140) did not hold any directorship with any other listed company except in SecureKloud Technologies Limited as on the date of his resignation, viz, September 16, 2022. Hence, we did not specially provide for the same as it is a 'nil' disclosure.
