We are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on February 13, 2023 have approved following: 1) Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2022; 2) Declaration and payment of Second Interim Dividend (Special) for the Financial Year 2022-23 - Rs. 30 per share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each, subject to TDS/ Withholding Tax; 3) ''Record date'' for the purpose of payment of aforesaid Dividend has been fixed as February 24, 2023 and is proposed to be paid within the time prescribed under law.
