Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, this is to inform that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26th May, 2025, has approved the grant of 10,000 (Ten Thousand) options under the Insolation Energy Employee Stock Option Plan 2024 ("ESOP2024"/"Plan") at the exercise price of Rs. 3.8/- to the eligible employees of the Company and its Subsidiary, associate, group Companies.
