1. The above result were reviewed by the Audit Committee and have been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their respective meeting held on 12th August, 2017.

2. Previous period's figures have been regrouped / rearranged wherever necessary.

3. The financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2017 of the company have been subjected to a "Limited Review" by the statutory Auditors of the company.
