Notes to Financial Results
1. The above financial results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and were thereafter approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on August 13, 2025.

2 The above results has been prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (“IND AS”) notified under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 read together with Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 and in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”).


3 This is single segment company in accordance with the AS-17 (Segment Reporting) issued by ICAI. Hence, the question of disclosure of segment information does not arise. There are no separate reportable segments as per IND-AS 108 on "Operating Segments" in respect of the Company.


4 Tax expenses include current tax and deferred tax.
5 The figures for the corresponding previous year have been regrouped/reclassified wherever necessary, to make them comparable.
6 All figures are in lakhs except earning per share. Figures in () denote negative/decrease.
