1. The above Audited financial results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Director at their meeting held on 30th May, 2017.
2. Previous year's / quarter's figures have been regrouped and reclassified where ever necessary to make them comparable with current period's figures.
3. The figures of the last quarter are balancing figures between audited figures in respect of full financial year and the published year to date figures upto the third quarter of the respective financial year.
