Notes:

1. The above unaudited results have been reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on February 08, 2024. The Statutory Auditors of the Company have carried out a "Limited Review" of the aforsaid results in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR), Regulation, 2015.

2. In accordance with the Regulation 33 of the SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015, the above financial results of the Company are posted on Company's website viz, www.smtgrinders.com and will also appear on website of BSE, whenever uploaded by them.

3. Information reported to the chief operating decision maker (CODM) for the purpose of resource allocation and assessment of segment performance focuses on single business segment of "manufacturer and manufacturer of Centreless Grinding Machine and its Spare Parts". Hence the Company is having only one reportable business segment under Ind AS 108 "Operating Segment".

4. Figures of the previous period/year have been regrouped/rearranged wherever necessary, to make them comparable with current period.
