Solitaire Machine Tools Ltd. - Quarterly/Annual Result Disclosures and Notes dated 30 Jun 2025

Notes:
1. The above Unaudited results have been reviwed and recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on July 22, 2025. The Statutory Auditors of the Company have carried out a "Limited Review" of the results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2025. The unaudited financial results are in accordance with the Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) as prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013.

2. Figures fo rthe quarters ended 31st March, 2025 as reported in these financial results are balancing figures between the audited figures in respect of the full financial year and published year to date reviwed figures up to third quarter of the relevant financial year.

3. Segment Information:
Information reported to the chief operating decision maker (CODM) for the purpose of resource allocation and assessment performance focuses on single business segment "manufacturer and remanufacturer of centreless grinding machines and its spare parts." Hence the Company is having only one reportable business segment under Ind AS 108 "Operating Segment."

4. Figures of corresponding previous year/period(s) have been regrouped / rearranged whenever necessary, to make them comparable.
