Auditor and Management Disclosures and Notes for the annual results dated 31 Mar 2021
1 The above is an extract of detailed format of audited Finacial results for the quarter and Year ended on 31st March, 2021 which have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their respective meetings held on 24th May, 2021.
2 The figures for the quarter ended 31st March 2021 and 31st March 2020 are the balancing figures between audited figures in respect of the full financial year ended 31st March 2021 and 31st March 2020 respectively and the unaudited published year to date figures upto 31st December 2020 and 31st December 2019 respectively, being the end of the 3rd quarter of the respective financial year which were subjected to limited review by the Statutory Auditors.
2 Company operates in two segments viz. Construction and Telecom Short Message Service(SMS). Separate information in terms of Ind-AS 108 "Operating Segment" are not apllicable to the company.
3 Exceptional item adjusted in the Profit and Loss account is In accordance with Ind-AS.
4 Previous year figures have been regrouped and rearranged, to confirm to the current periods classification.
5 The above resutls for the period ended 31st March 2021 have been audited by Statutory Auditor.
