AGM NOTICE OF THE COMPANY.

This is to inform you that the 12th AGM of the Company will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in hybrid mode in person and also virtually through VC/ OAVM. The Register of Members & Share Transfer book of the Company will be closed from Saturday, September 20, 2025 to Saturday, September 27, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the said AGM. The record date (cut-off date) is Saturday, September 20, 2025.
