The board meeting was held today at the registered office of the company to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30.06.2026. the meeting commenced at 11:00 am and concluded at 02:30 pm.

this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of Orient Tradelink Limited ('the Company') at their meeting held on Friday, 14th August, 2026 at the Corporate Office of the Company situated at 141-A Ground Floor, Shahpur Jat Village New Delhi, Delhi -110049 has inter-alia considered and approved the following matter: 1. The Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June 2026 along with Limited Review Report thereon. Further, we enclose herewith a copy of the said Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. 2. Appointment of Mr. Ankit Sharma, Partner of M/s AM Sharma & Associates Chartered Accountants (FRN: 030525N) as an Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27.

The Board, inter alia, approved: (1) Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 along with the Limited Review Report; (2) non-recommendation of dividend for FY 2025-26 to conserve funds; (3) re-appointment of Mrs. Nameeta S. Mehra (DIN: 01874270), liable to retire by rotation, subject to shareholders' approval; and (4) convening of the 56th AGM on September 24, 2026 at 10.00 a.m. through VC/OAVM. A copy of same is enclosed herewith, along with a Declaration regarding unmodified opinion on the Audited Financial Results. (Annexure-1) .
