Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. 14/08/2026 in which interalia the following Business: 1. Considered and approved the standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 along with Limited Review Report thereon issued by Statutory Auditors of the Company. 2. Considered and approved the Board Report for the year 2025-26. 3. Fixed the date of 32nd AGM of the company which is schedule to be held on Wednesday the 30th September, 2026 at 12.30 P.M. at the registered office of the company.
