We are resumitting herewith the Audited Financial Result for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2025 with revised covering letter and attaching disclosure as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023.
