This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Friday, 14th August, 2026 has inter-alia approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 as recommended by the Audit Committee at their meeting held earlier today. The Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 prepared in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations ahd Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations") together with 'Limited Review Report' received from the Auditor are enclosed herwith. This is to further inform you that the Board Meeting commenced at 3.30 pm and concluded at 4.00 pm Kindly take the aforesaid on record.
