The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on Thursday, October 15, 2026 at the registered office of the Company which commenced at 03:30 P.M. and concluded at 07:10 P.M., inter alia transacted the following business: 1. Approved the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half-year ended on September 30, 2026, together with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on that date and Statement of Cash Flows for the half year ended on September 30, 2026 pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations and took on record the Limited Review Report thereon. The same is enclosed herewith as Annexure - 1; Further, the extract from the said Un-Audited Financial Results also containing a Quick Response (QR) code would also be published in the newspapers in compliance with Regulation 47 of the Listing Regulations.
