Board of directors in their meeting held on 14th February 2025 approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2024 along with limited review report

Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is held on Friday, 14th February, 2025 to consider interalia the following business are approved: 1. Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report issued by statutory Auditors of the Company for Third quarter end on 31st Dec, 2024.
