Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, 20th October, 2026 inter alia considered and approved the following: The unaudited financial results of the company for the half year ended September, 30, 2026 along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors have been approved by the Board of Directors. A copy of the same is enclosed herewith as annexure. Further, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 2015 and the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of insider trading , the "Trading Window" for trading in the shares of the Company will open from 23rd October, 2026 for the designated persons and their immediate relatives.
