Board of Directors of Tandhan Industries Limited (Formerly known as Sanmitra Commercial Limited) ('The Company '), at their meeting held today i.e. Friday, 14th August, 2026, has inter-alia, considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026. In this regard, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, we are enclosing herewith the Unaudited Standalone and consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026, along with the Limited Review Reports, issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company - as Annexure - A. The aforesaid results is annexed herewith for making the same available on the website of the Stock Exchange. The results are also available on the Company's website at www.sanmitracommercial.com.

The date of 49th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year 2025-26 has been fixed by the Board of Directors and the same shall be held on Wednesday, September 30th, 2026 at 10:00 A.M (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) as well as physical attendance at the registered office of the company

Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.

(i)Approval of Unaudited Financial Results( Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2026 (ii) 41th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be Convened on Friday 18th September, 2026 through VC/ Other Visual Means (iii) Record Date for the purpose of Voting and Dividend if declare will be on Friday 11th September, 2026 (Iv) Appointment of Mrs. Nisha Mehta as Additional Director & Whole Time Director w.e.f 14th August, 2026 for the period of 5 years
