With reference to your e-mail dated 29th August, 2019 and 03rd September, 2019, please find attached the revised unaudited Financial Results of the Company on Standalone and Consolidated basis for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2019 as per the prescribed format of Schedule III (NBFC - Division III) of the Companies Act, 2013.

This has reference to your email dated 29th August 2019 regarding discrepancies in the Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 2019 with respect to the format for the results which were earlier submitted to BSE: Accordingly, we hereby resubmit the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company in the NBFC (Division III) Format for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2019.

The Board of Directors of the Company as its meeting held on August 13, 2019 has inter- alia approved and taken on record the revised Standalone Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the First quarter ended June 30, 2019. Please find enclosed herewith the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2019 and the Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon, for your kind information and record. Extract of unaudited financial results would be published in One English and one vernacular newspaper as required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Board Meeting commenced at 4.00 PM and Concluded at 4.30 PM.

The Board of Directors has duly approved Consolidated Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2019 in its meeting held today i.e 4th September, 2019.

The outcome of the Board Meeting of the Company held on date i.e. 04.09.2019 is enclosed. Further the Board Meeting commenced at 11.00 A.M. and concluded at 2.00 P.M.

We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, has inter alia, considered and approved as per IND-AS Standard for the first time, the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2019. A copy of the above Unaudited Financial Results, is enclosed for your information and record. Further, pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(c)(i) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are also forwarding a copy of the ''Limited Review Report'', as received from our Statutory Auditors, M/s. Baheti & Co on the above Un-audited Financial Results. The above meeting commenced at 1 pm and concluded at 1.45 pm.
