The Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held today i.e., on August 25, 2026 has: Approved the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and the financial year ended on 31 March, 2026 and the Audited Standalone Financial Statement for the financial year ended on 31* March 2026 along with Audit Report.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose the following: a.
