INTIMATION FOR DELAY IN FILING FINANCIAL RESULTS AND SEEKING AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR SUBMISSION OF FINANCIAL RESULTS OF THE COMPANY FOR THE HALF YEAR ENDED 30TH SEPTEMBER, 2025
Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33, read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the company in their meeting held on 14.11.2025 have considered and approved the unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and half year ended 30.09.2025.
We wish to inform your esteemed organisation that the Company has inter-alia considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results for the half year ended 30th September 2025 alongwith the Limited Review Report thereon.
We regret to inform you that the Company is unable to submit the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quqrter ended 30th September, 2025 by the due date i.e. on or before 14th November, 2025 as the finalization of accounts of the Company and one of its subsidiary could not be completed due to certain issues requiring more clarification and discussion to finalize the said accounts. The said subsidiary had entered into settlement agreement with the Authorities as well as the Lenders, but certain important details and confirmation including release of Security provided by the holding compay are yet to be received. In view of the abvoe the finalization of accounts of the Company as well as the subsidiary is delayed. The Company is making all the efforts to finalise, aprpove and publishe the Financial Results and to submit to the stock exchanges as soon as it is finalized with due notice. You are requested to take the same on record.
IT HAS COME TO OUR NOTICE THAT THE DECLARATION OF UNMODIFIED AUDIT REPORT WAS INADVERTENTLY NOT UPLOAD ALONG WITH THE RESULTS SUBMITTED EARLIER THE COMPANY HAS NOW UPLOADED THE SELF DECLARATION AND HEREBY SUBMITS THIS REVISED OUTCOME FOR YOUR RECORDS
