The Board of directors at its meeting held on February 14, 2025 considered and approved un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 31st dec 2024 and enabling resolution for fund raising through QIP and approval of conveying EGM

In pursuance of Regultion 33 read with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulaions, 2015 we are attaching herewith the textual matter of Unaudited Financial Results / nine months ended 31st, December 2024.

In terms of Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Board of Directors in its meeting held on today on 14.02.2025 at its registered office at 03.00 p.m. and concluded at 07.05 p.m. have discussed and approved the Standalone Un-audited Financial Results for Quarter and Nine months ended 31.12.2024 along with Limited Review Report thereon.
