Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time ('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today October 24th, 2026 has inter alia transacted the following business: Approved the Un-audited Standalone and consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30th, 2026, as recommended by the Audit Committee.

We are submitting the revised Cash Flow Statement for the half-year ended September 30 2026, as the figures in the Cash Flow Statement previously submitted were inadvertently taken for the quarter ended and not for the half year ended September 30 2026. However, there is no change in the Un-audited Financial Results, Statement of Assets and Liabilities and the Limited Review Report.

Pursuant to Regulations 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on Saturday October 24, 2026 has inter alia , considered and approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.

Board meeting outcome for considering and approving the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 30 September 2026 and appointment of Statutory Auditors.

Pursuant to Regulations 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation , 2015 this is to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on Saturday, October 24, 2026 has inter alia considered and approved (1) Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026 and (2) Change in designation of Mr. Utkarsh Jain from Whole Time Director (Executive) to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director w.e.f. October 24, 2026.

In continuation to our letter dated October 12, 2026, intimating about Board meeting to be held on October 24, 2026, it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held today, has inter alia, considered and approved the unaudited financial results of the Bank for quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2026. A copy of the said results along with limited review report issued by Joint Statutory Auditors of the Bank is enclosed.

In accordance with Regulation 30 and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. Saturday, October 24, 2026, have considered and approved: a) the standalone and consolidated un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended on September 30, 2026. The financial results and the limited review report on the results are attached. b) appointment of Mrs. Mamta Nirmal Shah (DIN:07831153) as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company. The required information is given in Annexure 1.
