Un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended on 30/09/2026

In terms of Regulation 30 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, we are enclosing herewith the Reviewed Financial Results of Bharat Coking Coal Limited (Standalone) for the 2nd Quarter and Half-Year ended 30th Sep, 2026 of Financial Year 2026-27. The financial results were reviewed by the Audit Committee held on 25th Oct, 2026 and have been approved by the Board of Directors of Bharat Coking Coal Limited at its 448th meeting.

Pursuant to Reg. 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Board at its meeting held on 24.10.2026 approved: (1) issue of up to 2,58,89,023 equity shares and (2) up to 98,31,758 convertible warrants at Rs. 142.44 each, on preferential basis, for consideration other than cash (share swap with shareholders of Popees Baby Care Products Ltd); (3) Relevant Date 11.11.2026; (4) Notice of 1st EGM on 12.12.2026 at 12:00 P.M. via VC/OAVM; (5) appointment of CS Liya Antony as Scrutinizer. No change in swap ratio, valuation or other terms approved on 08.10.2026. Trading Window, closed from 01.10.2026, remains closed until 48 hours after declaration of results for the quarter ended 30.09.2026.
