We hereby inform you that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. 12th February, 2025, the Board has inter-alia approved the Un-audited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2024, in terms of Regulation 33 of Listing Regulations.
