The Board has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (standalone and consolidated)

The Board: 1. Approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. 2. Approved, on the recommendation of the NRC, the following proposals, subject to the approval of the Members by way of Special Resolutions through postal ballot (by remote e-voting only): (a) Ratification of the MCT Employee Stock Option Plan 2024, in terms of Regulation 12(1) of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021, including the authority to grant up to 1,08,84,475 Options exercisable into not more than 1,08,84,475 equity shares of face value ?2 each; and (b) Amendments to the MCT Employee Stock Option Plan 2024, including the change in its nomenclature to 'MPi Employee Stock Option Plan 2024', updating of the Company's name, and other consequential amendments. 3. Approved the Postal Ballot Notice, along with the Explanatory Statement, for seeking the approval of the Members for the above Special Resolutions.
