The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today have approved and taken on record unaudited financial results for quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2024. These unaudited financial results have been subjected to ''Limited Review'' by the Company''s Statutory Auditors, M/s Arun Jain & Associates, and also reviewed by Company''s Audit Committee in their meeting held earlier today.
