Declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2024 in compliance with Regulation 30, 33 and relevant Regulations of SEBI (LODR), 2015 and/ or any other applicable laws .

The Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine months ended 31st December, 2024 under Regulation 33(3) of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 . The results have been reviewed by the Audit committee and approved by the Board of the Directors in their meeting held on 13th February,2025.
