In pursuance of Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of (SEBI) Regulations, 2015 we are sending herewith the textual matter of Unaudiited Financial Results for the quarter/half year ended 30th September, 2025 which is scheduled for publication in (i) Makkal Kural in Tamil (ii) Business Standard - in English. Please note that the results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by our Board of Directors at their meeting held on 11th November, 2015. We also enclose a copy of the Limited Review Report of the Auditors of the Company , as required under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015.
The Company has submitted the standalone un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025. Further note that the Company has no associate or subsidiary company as on 30th September 2025, whose accounts to be consolidated with the Company. Therefore consolidated financial results are not applicable for the current quarter.
