Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015, we wish to inform you that Board of Director, at its meeting held on today i.e. December 04, 2025, inter alia approved Unaudited Financial Result for the Quarter and Half year ended September 30, 2025.
