Resignation of Mr. Rohit P Bajaj (DIN: 08646838) from the position of Non-Executive Independent Director with effect from 12th August, 2026, upon closure of business hours 4. Approved the re-constitution of the Committees of the Board, with effect from 12th August, 2026 5. Fixed the date of 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company as Tuesday, 22nd September, 2026.
