Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e., Monday, October 26, 2026, has inter alia, considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. Accordingly, please find enclosed herewith the following: 1. Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, together with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as at September 30, 2026 and the Cash Flow Statement for the half year ended September 30, 2026 2. Limited review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company on the aforesaid Financial Results. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 06.00 PM and concluded at 06.30 PM.
