Standalone Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026; 2. Took note of Review Report received from Statutory Auditor of the company for the quarter ended on 30/06/2026.
This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12th August, 2026, inter-alia, has transacted the following business: 1) Approval of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2026. 2) Re-appointment of Mrs. Sandeep Kaur Ahluwalia (DIN: 01355454) as Whole Time Director (WTD) of the Company for further period of 3 years w.e.f. 01.10.2026. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular dated November 11, 2024 and SEBI Circular dated December 31, 2024 are enclosed herewith as 'Annexure - I' 3) Approved the Notice convening the 39th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Notice of the 39th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company including other related information as required pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, will be published and accordingly intimated to the Exchange(s).
