Board of Directors in its Board Meeting held on today i.e. 12th August, 2026, Considered and approved Unaudited Financial results along with limited review report for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.

Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results along with Segment Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026 and Limited Review Reports issued by Statutory Auditors of the Company on the aforesaid Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company.

The Board of Directors in their Meeting held on August 12, 2026, inter-alia, considered and approved (1) Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June, 30, 2026; and (2) Transfer / disposal of material assets and liabilities of Verasco FZE, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, to Inergy FZE, Sharjah, UAE.

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AT MEEING HELD ON 12/8/2026, INTER ALIA APPROVED : 1. UNAUDITED RESULTS FOR QUARTER ENDED 30.06.2026 2. 37TH AGM WILL BE HELD ON THURSDAY, 24/09/2026 AT 11.30 AM THROUGH VC/OAVM 3. REG OF MEMBERS AND SHARE TRANSFER BOOKS WILL BE CLOSED FROM 18TH SEPTEMBER 2026 TO 24TH SEPTEMBER, 2026 - BOTH DAYS INCLUSIVE 4. VOTING RIGHTS AS ON CUT OFF DATE OF 17TH SEPTEMBER 2026.
