we would like to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company was held on today, August 13, 2026 at the Registered office of the company and the Board of Directors has approved standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2026.
Based on recommendation of Audit Committee, approved the un-audited Financial Results for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2026. A copy of the un-audited Financial Results duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors, along with the Limited Review Report are enclosed herewith

Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report are enclosed herewith and have been duly approved by the Board of Directors.
