With reference to the captioned subject, the Company hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on Thursday, 13th day of August, 2026 has discussed, considered and took noted and approved the following matters: 1. All the directors of the Company duly presented in the meeting and hence there was no leave of absence granted. 2. Took noted the minutes of the previous meeting of Board of Directors of the Company. 3. Considered and took noted of the tripartite agreement entered by the Company with M/s. MAS Services Limited (OLD RTA) and M/s. Nivis Corpserve LLP (NEW RTA) on June 20, 2026 with respect to RTA services. 4. Considered and Approved the quarterly and year to date Un-Audited Financial Results for the first quarter ended on 30th day of June, 2026. 5.Considered and Approved the Limited Review Report on the quarterly and year to date Financial Results for the first quarter ended on 30th day of June, 2026.
