Pursuant to Reg. 30 & 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the following: 1. Unaudited FR (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter ended 30.06.2026. 2. Standalone & Consolidated Auditor's LRR on the Unaudited FR for the Quarter ended 30.06.2026. The aforesaid results are duly approved by the Audit Committee & BOD in their respective meetings held on Thursday, 13.08.2026. You are requested to please take the same on record.
