1. The Board fixed the date of next AGM to be held on Monday, 21st September, 2026 at 12:15 P.M. 2. The Board has approved the Statement of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Results for the Quarter and three months ended on 30th June, 2026 and the Limited Review Reports of the Auditors thereon.
