Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2025

This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015, the Board of directors at its meeting held on 27th June, 2025 had approved the Audited Financial Statements for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025. We are enclosing herewith the Audited Financial Statements along with the declaration of unmodified opinion for the said results. The Board meeting concluded on 4:30 PM. You are requested to take the same on your records.

With reference to the discrepancy email dated 16/03/2026 regarding submission of quarterly cash flow figures instead of half yearly figures, we would like to clarify that the cash flow figures submitted earlier were already on a half-yearly basis and no changes have been made. However, for your verification and record, we are resubmitting the Half-Yearly Cash Flow Statement.
