We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today Tuesday, 24 December, 2024 has considered and approved the following matter:- 1.The Company to borrow funds from M/s. Capri Global Capital Limited (Other then related Party) pursuant to the provision of section 179 and 180(1)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013 2. As per section 179 and 180(1)(a) and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, the Company create such charges, mortgages and hypothecations on such movable and immovable properties, both present and future in favour of M/s. Capril Global Capital Limited.
