("PTCPL") a private limited Company incorporate in Singapore, from River Valley Asset Management Pte. Ltd ("RVAMPL") a private company incorporated in Singapore and Subsequently to make further subscription for a total consideration (i.e. towards acquisition and /or further subscription) not exceeding Rs. 100 crores (Indian Rupees One Hundred Crores), please be informed that the Company has received approval for the abovementioned acquisition and further capitalization from Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on 12th November, 2024
