The Meeting of our Board of Directors held today (22.5.2023), approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023. The Board of Directors at their meeting held today (22.5.2023) recommended payment of Dividend of Re.1/- per share for the year ended 31st March, 2023. The dividend on declaration at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be paid within 30 days thereof. The 58th Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Thursday the 10th August, 2023 and is proposed to be conducted through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual means.
