(ii) Sub-division/split of existing Equity Shares from 1(One) Equity Share having face value of Rs. 10 each fully paid-up into 2 (Two) Equity Shares having face value of Rs. 5 each fully paid-up. (iii) Alteration of the Capital Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company on account of aforesaid sub-division/split. (iv) Appointment of Mr. Abhiram Seth (DIN: 00176144) as an Additional Director (in category of Non-Executive Independent Director) w.e.f. May 2, 2023. (v) Appointment of Mr. Anil Kumar Sondhi (DIN: 00696535) as an Additional Director (in category of Non-Executive Independent Director) w.e.f. May 2, 2023.
