This is with reference to our earlier letter nos. APL/SEC/32/2022-23/45, APL/SEC/32/2022-23/54 and APL/SEC/32/2022-23/65 dated 20th October, 2022, 16th November, 2022, and 12th January, 2023, respectively, on the captioned subject. This is to inform you that Asian Paints (Polymers) Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has, today, entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Gujarat to set up the manufacturing facility for Vinyl Acetate Ethylene Emulsion (VAE) and Vinyl Acetate Monomer (VAM) at Dahej, Gujarat, subject to such approvals and clearances, as may be required. The Company will make necessary disclosures on any material developments in this regard from time to time.
