Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), we have to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on August 12, 2022, has considered and approved the proposal for permanent closure of operations of the Company's Parwanoo Unit. The details/disclosures, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with Schedule III thereto and the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, are provided as Annexure A.
