This is to inform the Exchange that the Company has received a letter dated September 30, 2020 from Mr. Harshawardhan Sabale, Managing Director of the Company that he intends to acquire equity stake in the Company upto 20% of the total share capital of the Company post opening of trading window i.e post completion of 48 hours after the communication of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020 to the Stock Exchanges.
