Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that Mr. Ragunathan Gunabooshanam, Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company has tendered his resignation on 23rd July, 2020. He will be relieved from his duties as Chief Financial Officer at the closing office hours on 22nd October, 2020, post his three months' notice period.
