The Board of Directors of the Company vide Circular Resolution passed today have approved the following: 1.Initiation of the process to shift the registered office of the Company from NCT Delhi to Mumbai, State of Maharashtra subject to approvals of members of the Company through postal ballot and of appropriate authorities. 2.Initiate Postal ballot process, issue of Notice of Postal Ballot to the shareholders & Appointment of Scrutinizer for conducting the postal ballot process.
